clean and comfortable rooms, convenient tram access, close to significant attractions
The street outside is unclean and poorly lit at night!!! Luggage assistance would improve the arrival experience!!! Maintenance could enhance the overall atmosphere near the entrance!!!

We had a lovely stay in a spacious Deluxe Room where the daily breakfast was a treat, featuring a variety of dishes. The pool and lounge area were perfect spots to unwind after exploring the city. Unfortunately, we dealt with a bit of a strange smell coming from the bathroom, but it didn’t ruin our overall experience. 😊

Perfect location and fantastic service
I stayed here for three nights with a friend, and we loved every moment! The hotel was spotless, the staff made us feel so welcome, and they even upgraded our room for free. The breakfast was also delicious, offering a good variety to start our day right. The only downside was the limited dining options in the immediate area. Overall, this place is a gem in Istanbul!

Really spacious room and nice comfy beds! Loved the waterfall shower head. Perfect location for exploring all the iconic spots nearby.
The bathroom had a slight smell, not exactly my idea of a spa retreat! And don’t get me started on the breakfast chaos—it’s like a culinary scavenger hunt!
